It is an apartment for 4 persons on a 3rd floor with elevator in a new building. Very cosy and well furnished, you'll certainly feel at home. It has private parking in the garage of the building and a magnificent view over São Jorge Castle. It is the ideal place to enjoy the city. Being close to the center, there can be some street noise.
Our apartment is fully legalised, and registered as Official Guest Accommodation in the Portuguese Tourist Authority with the number 95392/AL. Please note that from January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older, to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.
Late check-in fee: €20 from 9pm to midnight; €30 after midnight. This fee must be paid in cash at check-in.
The apartment is equipped with Coffee Maker, Crockery and Cutlery, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator, Oven, Stove, Cable TV, Basic Kitchen Items, Portable Cradle, Wireless Internet and Hair Dryer.
